Then become part of our **Foundry and Machining** team as a **Process Engineer** at our plant in Albergaria\-a\-Velha. **Your tasks:** * Plan, coordinate, and control technical activities in the Foundry/Machining area to improve efficiency, safety and quality; * Ensure the proper operation of Foundry/Machining equipment; * Participate in the process of acquiring new equipment; * Coordinate and collaborate in the activities carried out by the maintenance team; * Monitor, detect and report human resource needs to the head of Foundry and Machining; * Support in training new employees; * Support in the strategic management of people and teams; * Ensure the implementation and standardization of Lean tools; * Collaborate with the Manager in monitoring the progress of the monthly production budget; * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams. **Your profile:** * Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering: Industrial Management, Mechanical, Materials or similar; * Production management skills; * Knowledge of Low Pressure and Brass (preferred); * Knowledge of Machining and Robotics (preferred); * Experience with SAP (preferred); * Google tools command; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English; * Good analytical and problem\-solving skills; * Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
