We are currently looking for **Tech Lead\- Flutter (Mobile)** **Responsibilities:** * Lead Flutter mobile app development across Android and iOS. * Architect scalable, maintainable, and performant mobile solutions. * Mentor and guide Flutter developers; conduct code reviews. * Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams. * Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD integration. * Stay updated with Flutter/Dart trends and best practices. * Manage technical risks and project timelines. **Requirements:** * 5\+ years in **mobile development**, 2\+ years with **Flutter**. * Strong knowledge of **Dart**, **Flutter architecture**, and **state management**. * Experience with **REST APIs**, **Firebase** or **AWS Amplify**, and mobile security. * Familiarity with native Android/iOS is a plus. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. **Location:** Location will be Braga, Coimbra e Lisbon, and the working model will be **hybrid** What do we offer?
