Our team is growing, and we're looking for a **Network Engineer** to help us build and maintain robust and secure network infrastructures by **designing, implementing, and managing** of our network solutions. Your work will **ensure the security, availability, and efficiency** of the network infrastructure, supporting the company's operations across different locations. What you'll do: * **Design, configure, and maintain** network infrastructures, including local and enterprise networks; * **Manage and monitor** telecommunication services, ensuring their performance and reliability; * **Proactively diagnose and resolve** technical problems related to network connectivity and security; * **Ensure the efficient management** of network equipment such as firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs; * **Collaborate closely** with IT and operations teams to ensure service continuity and optimization; * **Contribute to the definition and implementation** of network security policies and best practices; * **Work together with the Network Operations Center (NOC)** on performance monitoring and incident resolution; * **Document procedures** and maintain updated technical records to ensure knowledge sharing. * Higher education in Computer Engineering, Networks, Telecommunications, or a related field; * Professional experience in network management and administration; * Solid knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS, etc.); * Expertise with network security technologies, including firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.) and VPNs; * Understanding of virtualization and wireless networks; * Familiarity with operating system environments (Windows, Linux); * Some knowledge or interest in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP); * Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong problem\-solving orientation; * Very good level of both written and spoken English. * Good communication and teamwork skills. - The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
