




We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **Finance Intern** to assist with various administrative and financial support tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in updating contract databases, supporting vendor and invoice processes, and ensuring proper organization of financial and compliance records. **Key Responsibilities:** * Update and maintain the contract database in Microsoft Excel. * Support the vendor onboarding and registration process. * Assist with sales invoicing and processing incoming invoices. * Organize and update the company's electronic filing system for contracts, invoices, and related documents. * Maintain and organize compliance\-related documentation. * Perform ad\-hoc research and administrative support tasks as needed. * Maintain schedules and various operational or finance\-related databases. * Assist with any other administrative or finance tasks as required by the team. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy. * Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Good communication skills and a positive, can\-do attitude. * Previous experience with invoicing, databases, or document management is a plus but not required. * Fluency in English is essential, as we are a global company working with clients and teams around the world. **What You'll Gain:** * Practical experience in finance and administrative operations. * Exposure to contract lifecycle and compliance processes. * Opportunity to develop organizational and research skills. * A supportive environment to learn and grow professionally. **Workload:** We are seeking someone who is available to work 70–80% of a standard 40\-hour working week Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: From 700\.00€ per month Language: * English (Required)
