We are looking for candidates passionate about gastronomy, with a strong sense of responsibility and eagerness to join a dynamic, excellence-oriented team. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook meals according to defined quality standards. * Ensure correct preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes. * Strictly comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). * Ensure proper storage and preservation of food products. * Maintain an organized, clean, and fully operational kitchen. * Assist in stock management and control of raw materials. * Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service. Required Profile: First Cook * Solid experience in kitchen roles. * Ability to work autonomously in dish preparation and cooking. * Advanced technical knowledge of cooking and workflow organization. * Leadership ability and capacity to support the team. Second Cook * Prior experience in a professional kitchen environment. * Basic and intermediate knowledge of culinary techniques. * Willingness to learn and develop professionally. * Strong teamwork skills. General Requirements * Knowledge of HACCP and food safety. * Sense of responsibility and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Team spirit and proactive attitude.
