Opportunity for career advancement and professional development We seek a responsible, organized professional with a passion for customer service to join Corgaluz – Electrical Machinery and Materials Trading, a company within the Central Lobão Group. Main responsibilities include providing technical and commercial in-store support through quotation preparation, customer service and advisory, as well as assisting with daily store operations. Job Description: * In-store customer service and support at the counter, providing technical advice on materials and solutions; * Preparation of quotations for Structured Cabling Networks, ITED (Telecommunications Infrastructure for Buildings), and electrical installations; * Review of tender documents, project specifications, and engineering drawings; * Price inquiries with suppliers; * Preparation of technical and commercial proposals; * Support to the commercial department; * Collaboration in other tasks essential to store operations. Candidate Requirements: * Technical education in Telecommunications, Structured Cabling Networks, ITED, Electrotechnics, or related field; * Knowledge of Structured Cabling Networks, ITED, and low-voltage electrical materials; * Ability to interpret project documentation and tender specifications; * Strong communication skills and passion for customer service; * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and, preferably, AutoCAD; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility; * Prior experience in this field is advantageous.
