




Job Summary: Coordinate processes from order placement to vehicle delivery, providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring an efficient delivery plan. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage vehicle order and delivery processes. 2. Provide administrative support to the sales team. 3. Ensure the efficiency of the delivery plan. The purpose of this position is to execute the processes occurring between vehicle ordering and customer delivery, as well as to provide administrative support to the sales team. Some of the responsibilities you will undertake in this role include: * Ensure administrative functions within the sales team to guarantee correct and efficient order processing, collecting necessary information to enable order shipment. * Develop and ensure the delivery plan from chassis delivery to final vehicle delivery to the customer, as well as take necessary actions to correct any deviations that may arise. * Relevant higher education or equivalent experience. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. * High level of English, both oral and written.
