Ensure works meet approved standards and project schedules #### **Sobre o trabalho Marine HVAC Supervisor** ***Our client is currently recruiting for the following position to join its team:*** ***Marine HVAC Supervisor:*** **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the onboard installation of marine HVAC and refrigeration systems. * Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and shipyard departments. * Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. * Monitor installation progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. * Support testing, commissioning, and punch list completion. **Requirements** * Minimum 4 years of experience in marine HVAC installation, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. * Proven experience in shipbuilding or ship repair projects (naval, cruise vessels or offshore). * Good knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, chilled water systems, refrigeration, insulation, and ventilation. * Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical documentation. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Good command of English (Portuguese is an advantage). **Preferred Qualifications** * Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification. * Experience working with Classification Societies (DNV, LR, BV, ABS, etc.). * Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
