Our client, a renowned company in the Sports Industry, is recruiting a Store Assistant (M/F/D) on a full-time basis to join its team at MarShopping. Responsibilities: Ensure product display, restocking, and organization in-store, following brand guidelines; Perform custom t-shirt printing, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction; Process sales, exchanges, and returns efficiently; Receive and inspect goods from the warehouse, ensuring correct system integration and stock organization; Contribute to a dynamic and attractive store environment aligned with visual merchandising concepts; Know the products and sales targets, ensuring personalized, results-oriented customer service. Requirements: Minimum education level: 12th grade; Previous retail experience (mandatory); Interest in customer service and delivering an excellent customer experience; Dynamic, proactive, goal-oriented profile with strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; Punctuality, attendance, and sense of responsibility; Passion for the sports sector.
