Job Offer Position: Civil Engineer/Intern Location: R. de Dr. Eduardo Torres 571, 4450\-108 Matosinhos Contract Type: Professional Internship Working Hours: 40 hours per week **Main Responsibilities:** \- Plan, execute, and coordinate activities related to projects; \- Prepare rehabilitation projects (diagnosis of building pathologies and development of intervention design); \- Prepare reports; \- Site supervision/monitoring (quality control, adherence to contractual deadlines and specifications, and ensuring compliance with regulations and technical standards); \- Monitor project schedules and contractual execution deadlines; \- Control contract costs by reviewing monthly measurement certificates; \- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders (clients, contractors, designers); \- Prepare monthly construction supervision reports; \- Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; \- Immediate availability; \- Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit; \- Proficiency in MS Office applications (AutoCAD is an advantage); \- Sound critical thinking ability; \- Autonomy, teamwork orientation, proactivity, and dynamism; \- Interpersonal skills (with work teams); \- Valid driver’s license / personal vehicle.
