Support in the creation and development of new recipes We are hiring an **experienced Baker/Pastry Chef** to join our Ogi by Euskalduna team. Main Responsibilities * Daily production of bread and bakery/pastry products * Knowledge of and experience working with **different types of flours, doughs, and sourdough starter** * Participation in **food preparation and selection of raw materials** * Support in the **creation and development of new recipes** * Organization and management of the bakery/kitchen area * **Stock control** and verification of **product expiry dates** Main Requirements * Proven experience in bakery and pastry * Knowledge of fermentation, flours, and sourdough starter Offer Conditions * **Contract type:** Fixed-term contract (6 months), renewable * **Remuneration:** between **€920 and €1,100**, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
