Opportunity for career progression Incasometal Group Lda, specialized in metallurgy and industrial maintenance, is recruiting for its facilities in Alfena: Position: Quality Control Technician (M/F) Required Profile: * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role; * Education in Drawing/Design (preferred); * Experience in quality control within the metalworking industry; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings/designs; * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; * Strong organizational ability; * Punctual and assiduous. Responsibilities: * Process/product quality; * Ensure compliance of received materials and consumables by verifying specifications and certificates; * Monitor production and/or service delivery, ensuring adherence to processes and quality requirements; * Perform and/or supervise Non-Destructive Testing; * Prepare dossiers, reports, and technical documentation supporting products and executed work; * Define and implement improvement plans and actions aimed at optimizing processes, increasing productivity, and fostering organizational growth; * Draft technical documents related to the Quality Management System; * Support internal and external audits; * On-site quality monitoring, based on problem identification and resolution.
