At MIM Group, we aim to recruit an Intralogistics SAT Technician to deliver on-site technical assistance based in the Porto region, carrying out interventions across Portugal and various projects in the Iberian Peninsula. Our objective is to ensure maximum availability and performance of automated logistics systems, delivering rapid, effective, and high-level technical solutions. **What will you do daily?** You will join our Technical Assistance Service (SAT) team, performing interventions across various automated installations nationally and internationally, operating from Porto. We seek versatile technical profiles accustomed to demanding industrial environments and prepared to respond rapidly to any production incidents — true "multitasking" and solution-oriented professionals. Your main responsibilities will include: * Performing preventive, corrective maintenance and commissioning of automated intralogistics systems. * Diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electromechanical faults on-site. * Responding rapidly to production incidents and unexpected stoppages. * Providing on-site and remote technical support to industrial customers. * Interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation to resolve faults. * Executing and recording technical interventions and service reports. * Participating in the installation and configuration of new equipment and systems. * Ensuring proper system functionality after each intervention. * Identifying field-based technical improvements and proposing system optimizations. **Minimum Requirements:** * Vocational training (CFGM or CFGS) in Electromechanics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or similar. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance or as an SAT Technician. * Knowledge of industrial electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and automation. * Ability to autonomously diagnose and resolve faults. * Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. * Willingness to travel frequently throughout Portugal and the Iberian Peninsula year-round. * Willingness to undertake extended stays away from usual residence, as required by project needs. * Flexible working hours to adapt to different shifts and urgent interventions. * Valid driver’s license. * Sense of responsibility, customer orientation, and teamwork spirit. **Especially Valued:** * Residence in the Porto area. * Experience in intralogistics or warehouse automation. * Knowledge of PLCs, frequency inverters, and industrial automation. * Experience with conveyors, AGVs, or automated material handling systems. * Familiarity with ticketing systems or GMAO tools. * Field service technical assistance experience. **What do we offer?** * Stable integration into a high-level technical project. * Base in Porto with national and international mobility. * Company vehicle and covered travel expenses. * Continuous technical training in automation and intralogistics. * A growing project offering real opportunities for professional development. * A dynamic, innovative technical environment with strong exposure to industrial technology. * A collaborative team and continuous technical support. **Conditions** * Salary commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies. * Standard working hours: 09:00–18:00. * Availability and flexibility required to cover various shifts and last-minute fault assistance. * Willingness to travel frequently within Portugal and the Iberian Peninsula.
