Main Responsibilities * Operate industrial equipment involved in the natural fiber (flax) spinning process; * Integration into one of the following production areas: **Fiber preparation; rollers; twist machines; continuous spinning machines; winding machines; autoclaves and radio-frequency equipment;** * Ensure proper operation of equipment under your responsibility; * Ensure compliance with defined production and quality parameters; * Perform quality control during the process; * Maintain a clean, organized workstation in accordance with safety standards; * Strictly follow operational procedures. Desired Profile * Industrial environment experience (preferred); * Experience in the textile and/or spinning sector is valued; * Sense of responsibility and attention to detail; * Teamwork ability; * Dynamism, proactivity, and willingness to learn; Work Location: On-site
