Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator for an international agri-food group, responsible for operating equipment, controlling quality, and supporting industrial management. We are recruiting a Production Operator for one of the largest Portuguese agri-food groups, with strong Iberian presence and continuous international expansion. Your Responsibilities: - Operate equipment and assume responsibility for its proper operation; - Utilize and maximize equipment capacity within safety limits and according to operational needs, thereby reducing cycle times and associated costs; - Perform quality control actions to ensure product and facility specifications regarding quality, quantity, and safety; - Record movements, silo status, and facility condition; - Carry out certain maintenance tasks; - Assist in truck loading/unloading operations and product sampling according to predefined standards; - Assume responsibility for organizing, directing, and ensuring safety of trucks, as well as cleaning facilities and loading zones; - Substitute for the truck loading/unloading controller when necessary; - Operate assigned equipment under predefined conditions; - Ensure preparation of all auxiliary production materials; - Implement the scheduled control and self-control plan; - Maintain facilities in good hygiene and safety conditions, complying with Quality, Environment, Hygiene, and Safety procedures; - Support supervisors in administrative tasks related to production; - Participate in and collaborate on daily operations at the industrial unit. Requirements: - Minimum compulsory education: 12th grade; - Basic computer literacy; - Strong interpersonal skills; - Proactivity, organizational ability, and effective communication skills; - Interest in industrial environments; - Availability to work under continuous shift schedules; - Availability to work rotating shifts (00:00–08:00; 08:00–16:00; 16:00–00:00).
