We are looking for Production Operators for a leading company in the food sector to join its production unit. We seek dynamic, responsible individuals with an interest in working in an industrial environment who contribute to the quality and excellence of our products. Functions: Carry out processing and packaging of food products for freezing; Collaborate in the various stages of the production line; Monitor and support preparation and packaging operations; Ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements; Adhere to hygiene, safety, and good industrial practices. Requirements: Previous experience in a food production environment (preferred); Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations; Responsibility, attention to detail, and a strong sense of rigor; Availability for weekly rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 | 08:00–16:00 and 16:00–00:00 | 05:00–13:00 and 14:00–21:00; Availability for fixed night shift: 22:00–06:00. Conditions: Base salary: €920; Meal allowance: €4.77; Night hours; Attendance bonus.
