Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Information Management Assistant to organize, control, and update operational data within an e-commerce and digital services company. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the team in carrying out routine tasks An e-commerce and digital services company is looking for a Digital Information Management Assistant (Remote) to join its internal support team responsible for organizing, controlling, and updating operational data. The role is fully remote, with defined processes, initial training, and continuous support. Residence in Portugal is required for operational purposes. Main Responsibilities: • Update and maintain operational information in internal documents • Organize and classify digital files (Google Drive) • Manage document versions and task lists • Verify data and prepared materials according to instructions • Prepare simple tracking records (task status) • Support the team in fulfilling internal routines and deadlines Working Hours: • Workload: 6 hours per day • Schedule: 4 working days / 3 days off, or 5/2 • Schedule predefined in coordination with the team Offered Conditions: • Employment Mode: Remote work • Contract Type: Service provision / collaboration agreement • Monthly Remuneration: €1,000 – €1,500, depending on availability • Regular payment (monthly) • Initial training and continuous support • No upfront payments, fees, or purchases required Required Profile: • Must be of legal age (legal requirement) • Resident in Portugal • Strong written Portuguese skills • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented profile • Computer or smartphone with stable internet connection • Basic knowledge of Google tools (Docs / Drive / Sheets) Selection Process: • Initial contact via OLX chat • Brief assessment • Online interview Application (exclusively via OLX chat)
