We are seeking an **Artwork Construction Inspector (m/f)** to join our team in the North and Central regions of Portugal, with an anticipated start date of 15/04/2025 and a minimum contract duration of 1 year (renewable). **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring construction work under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with approved designs, work plans, and tender document requirements. * Verifying technical specifications and materials related to bridge and viaduct structures. * Preparing rigorous technical reports to support decision-making by Infraestruturas de Portugal. * Participating in progress meetings with stakeholders. * Maintaining detailed and organized records of inspection activities. **What will help you grow in this position?** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at the Portuguese Order of Engineers (OEP). * Proven experience in one of the following areas: o 5 years in design, construction management, supervision, or principal inspection of artwork construction. o Participation in at least 20 principal inspections and 3 years of experience in similar fields. * Excellent technical writing skills in European Portuguese; * Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
