Your day-to-day I provide effective coaching and development for my team and ensure their daily motivation, continuously enhancing my managers’ competencies in leading their teams; I co-create the store’s annual objectives and define the short- and medium-term commercial strategy and plan for the Department; I practice data-driven management: I understand and master the data tools developed by specialists and make decisions based on data and KPIs, supporting Area Coordinators in analyzing collections and product ranges; I solve complex problems by breaking them down into smaller steps, while simultaneously creating the conditions for my team to adopt a test-and-learn mindset; I foster a human-centric culture, guiding my team toward active listening, advisory selling, and omnichannel solution-based selling; I define the Department’s quantitative objectives in alignment with the store’s goals, ensuring necessary forecasting, anticipation, and prioritization; I proactively analyze and monitor the Department’s performance; I am familiar with the Positive Impact strategy, recognize it as a key differentiator, and effectively communicate it to my team. Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree (in Management or related fields); Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in retail; Proactivity and sense of responsibility; Initiative and entrepreneurial spirit; Ability to work autonomously and make decisions; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team; Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; Proficiency in English.
