Required Profile: Resilience and Energy: The ability to hear a "no" and move immediately to the next prospect with the same enthusiasm. Assertive Communication: Ability to explain the offer within one minute and overcome objections in real time. Financial Ambition: Full orientation toward goals and the desire to exceed the commission plan every month. Prior experience in B2B sales, direct sales, telesales, or negotiation is valued, but your attitude is the decisive factor.
