Within our customer relations department, you will play a key role in supporting our customers on a daily basis. Every incoming call will be an opportunity to make a difference with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include: Answering incoming calls from customers experiencing difficulties. Actively listening, understanding their situation, and reassuring them. Proposing solutions tailored to their needs. Identifying opportunities to offer relevant services and strengthen their loyalty. A permanent contract (CDI) of 40 hours per week with rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. An on-site position. Paid training. An attractive compensation package: Gross base salary of €1,020 x14. Monthly variable pay (guaranteed €100 gross for the first three months). Welcome bonus of €150 gross in the fourth month. Quality bonus up to €150 gross. Additional benefits: Meal vouchers worth €9.60 per working day. Public transport reimbursement up to €40 per month. Smartphone provided after one year of service.
