YOUR MISSION You will be Silbon’s ambassador in-store: the person who connects with customers, advises them thoughtfully, and transforms every visit into a memorable experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Greet customers with your best smile. * Advise customers with passion and genuine product knowledge, creating personalized outfits. * Contribute proactively and positively to your team’s sales goals. * Maintain the store space in perfect condition: organization, restocking, and visual merchandising according to Silbon guidelines. * Actively participate in store life: product management, warehouse tasks, visual updates, seasonal transitions, and achieving outstanding sales results alongside your colleagues. * Learn and grow: we’ll train you in product knowledge, tailoring, KPIs, and customer service. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Prior experience in customer service or sales (ideally in fashion, though not mandatory). What matters most is your attitude. * Strong customer orientation, results-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills. * STORE LOCATION: Vila do Conde (Porto) * STORE HOURS: (Note: our hours may vary between summer/winter) * SCHEDULE TYPE: Rotating shifts CONTRACT AND SCHEDULE: FULL TRANSPARENCY We aim to be honest with you from the very beginning — because trust is built that way.
