Main Responsibilities and Functions: 1\. Customer Prospecting and Acquisition: * **Identify and qualify leads** (potential customers) through proprietary lists, referrals, social media, on-site visits, phone calls, or email. * **Conduct proactive outreach** (cold calls, unannounced visits, WhatsApp/social media contact) courteously and respectfully. * **Participate in trade fairs, events, and promotional activities** to generate new contacts. * **Maintain an updated customer database** (CRM – Customer Relationship Management). 2\. Customer Service: * **Greet customers at the store, showroom, or point of sale** with friendliness, professional demeanor, and appropriate personal presentation. * **Identify customer needs, desires, objections, and purchasing profile** through open-ended questions and active listening. * **Present products/services**, highlighting benefits, differentiators, warranties, payment options, and special conditions. * **Offer bundles, upsell** (higher-value items), and **cross-sell** (complementary products). * **Demonstrate products** (test drives, samples, tastings, simulations) where applicable. 3\.
