Job Summary: A Quality, Safety and Environment professional responsible for ensuring product quality, welding processes, and non-conformity management. Key Highlights: 1. Integrated into the Quality, Safety and Environment Department 2. Responsible for quality assurance and welding processes 3. Monitoring product quality and managing non-conformities Role integrated within the Quality, Safety and Environment Department of Martifer Construções Metalomecânicas, S.A., with responsibilities including: * Ensuring the review of specifications, proposals for quality control and assurance methodologies, as well as compilation and synthesis of best welding techniques/processes and dissemination across the organization; * Preparing and proposing implementation of procedures and work instructions; * Interacting with manufacturing and subcontractors; * Qualification of welding procedures and welders; * Welding design and engineering; * Ensuring product quality monitoring through site visits; * Organizing associated technical documentation; * Participating in product non-conformity management and customer complaints related to product/service; * Conducting and managing inspections assigned to this role under the PIE. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Management Certification in Welding Engineering Experience in the metal structures sector, with technical knowledge of welding English language proficiency Strong communication and teamwork skills Organizational and critical analysis abilities Resilience and proactivity
