Ensure the economic profitability of projects Job Description Job Title: Blufab \| Project Director \| Braga (m/f/d) Publication Start Date: 12/05/26 Job Description: **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure effective and efficient planning, coordination, and control of production operations within the Casais Group, guaranteeing internal/external customer satisfaction through timely delivery, compliance with applicable legislation, quality and safety standards, and at the lowest possible cost—achieved via appropriate allocation of financial, human, technical, and material resources, and acting in accordance with the Group’s ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Collaborate with the Production Director to define technical, financial, and human resource strategies * Promote alignment and partnership among various teams under your responsibility, as well as leverage opportunities to develop business with other companies within your area/region * Monitor all project implementation phases, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing potential complaints and contract amendments, and safeguarding the Company’s interests * Analyze construction project designs, evaluate alternative/construction solutions, and propose industrialization solutions to clients as a technical response to the project—enabling reduction of construction schedules through well-defined and automated processes, thereby improving quality control and traceability * Optimize work processes in collaboration with teams, disseminate best practices, and standardize processes * Maintain continuous coordination with the Client regarding contractual compliance, proposing and negotiating potential modifications to the project and/or work plan and defined execution processes * Ensure project completion and economic profitability * Guarantee implementation of environmental, quality, and safety plans in accordance with current legal and internal standards **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; * Years of Experience: 7 to 10 years * Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers.
