**Group Operations Director**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Strategic Operations Management**
* Define, implement, and monitor the group's operational strategy.
* Ensure efficient integration among business units and corporate departments.
* **Process Optimization and Efficiency**
* Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
* Promote process digitalization and automation wherever applicable.
* **Team Management and Leadership**
* Lead and coordinate operations directors and managers across the group's various units.
* Develop training and professional growth plans for leaders and teams.
* **Performance Indicator and Results Monitoring**
* Define strategic and operational KPIs for each unit.
* Analyze performance reports and implement corrective actions when necessary.
* **Compliance and Governance**
* Ensure all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
* Guarantee consistent corporate governance practices across all group units.
* **Strategic Project Management**
* Coordinate corporate transformation and expansion initiatives.
* Participate in the integration of new acquisitions or corporate mergers.
* **Stakeholder Engagement**
* Communicate results, plans, and strategies to the group's executive management.
* Interact with key clients, strategic suppliers, and business partners.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in operational management, preferably within corporate groups, including at least 5 years in leadership roles;
* Solid experience managing multiple business units and strategic projects;
* In-depth knowledge of operational processes, KPIs, and resource optimization;
* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills;
* Fluency in Portuguese and English;
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
