Opportunities for continuous training and career advancement **Ferramentas.pt is expanding its team!** **We are looking for Store Sales Representatives with experience to join our team in Maia, Porto.** **If you are passionate about tools and wish to join a solid and growing company, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!** **We value professionals with proven experience in electric tools, machinery, and industrial equipment—passionate about the sector and strongly oriented toward customers and results.** **Responsibilities:** **Ensure personalized, excellent customer service to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty;** **Demonstrate, advise on, and sell electric tools, machinery, and complementary equipment;** **Identify customer needs and present the most suitable solutions;** **Ensure proper organization and management of stock and inventories;** **Actively contribute to achieving the store’s commercial and operational goals.** **Requirements:** **Minimum education level: 12th grade;** **Commercial experience in electric tools and machinery (mandatory requirement);** **Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction;** **Sales-oriented mindset, dynamism, and proactivity;** **Teamwork ability and autonomy;** **Goal- and results-oriented;** **Immediate availability.** **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday: 08:30–18:00;** **Saturday: 09:00–12:30.** **We Offer:** **Competitive salary aligned with experience and demonstrated expertise;** **Sales commissions;** **Fixed-term employment contract, with potential for continuation;** **Integration into a dynamic and collaborative team;** **Continuous training and opportunities for internal career progression.** Type of position: Full-time, Full-time/Full-time, Temporary or Fixed-term Employment Contract Contract duration: 6 months Benefits: * Meal card/Ticket Work location: On-site Benefits: * Meal card/Ticket Work location: On-site
