We are currently recruiting a **Maintenance Manager** to reinforce our maintenance structure for a contract we hold in **Vila do Conde.** **Responsibilities:** * Assess maintenance material, equipment, and service requirements for various departments or projects within the organization * Coordinate the maintenance team. * Plan and monitor execution of corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. * Prepare inventories and performance and execution reports. * Develop procurement plans based on consumption forecasts and in coordination with other departments, ensuring availability of all necessary resources * Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers meeting quality, cost, and delivery timeline requirements. * Analyze and evaluate suppliers based on criteria such as price, quality, delivery lead time, and performance history. * Negotiate supply contract terms and conditions, seeking optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and timelines. * Monitor stock levels to prevent excess or shortages, collaborating with logistics and operations teams to optimize storage and distribution. * Track and control procurement-related costs, aiming to reduce expenses without compromising quality. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent * Professional experience in equipment and facility maintenance, preferably with 3 years’ experience in wastewater sanitation systems or pumping systems * Valid driver's license * Knowledge and experience in equipment and facility maintenance management. **Conditions**: * Integration into a renowned industry group * Salary: EUR 1500 gross * Fixed-term contract of 1 year (renewable) * Meal allowance via meal card. * Health insurance. *We are an organization committed to diversity and equal opportunity.
