We are a growing company with international presence, expanding our operations across Europe. We are looking for an organized, responsible, and highly communicative **Office Administrator** to support daily office operations and ensure all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining strict document organization (both physical and digital), and providing support to internal teams, clients, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily administrative tasks of the office.
* Organize physical and digital documents, ensuring files are always up to date.
* Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and forward requests to the relevant departments.
* Support calendar, meeting, and appointment management for the team.
* Prepare reports, internal documents, presentations, and professional correspondence.
* Monitor office supply orders and ensure necessary resources are available.
* Contact suppliers, track orders, and maintain administrative records.
* Support the finance department in administrative tasks such as invoice organization, purchase documentation, and payment processing.
* Update databases, customer files, and internal company information.
* Organize meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and support internal company activities.
* Receive visitors and ensure professional service delivery.
* Support administrative processes related to employees, including documentation and file organization.
* Assist in organizing internal events, team meetings, and company activities.
Requirements
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office-related roles.
* Good user-level computer skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and similar digital tools.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized information.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
* Knowledge of English is a plus.
