Team collaboration in a positive work environment Position Title: Waiter Start Date: 1 June Location: Porto, Portugal Company Description: We are looking for professionals with at least one year of preferred experience as a waiter in a restaurant to join the Bia Lounge team in a dynamic and innovative environment. Responsibilities and Scope of Work: Greet customers courteously and professionally, accurately recording their orders. Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards. Clean and prepare tables for new customers, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper arrangement of utensils and tableware. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other waiters to ensure efficient and harmonious service. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to needs and resolving issues swiftly. Comply with sanitary regulations and food safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward colleagues and customers at all times.
