Job Summary: ATEC is seeking a professional with technical expertise in Moodle platform management and administration, combined with strong pedagogical skills and experience in the education sector. The ideal candidate will ensure not only the proper functioning of the platform but also the quality of the digital learning experience and support the evolution of the Academy's e-learning and b-learning solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** / Moodle platform management * Course creation and organization * User and permission management * Feature configuration * Technical-functional monitoring of the platform / Support for the Pedagogical Team in platform usage: * Guide trainers in the pedagogical use of Moodle tools, ensuring support actions, initial training, and continuous follow-up * Assist the Pedagogical Team in creating, structuring, and organizing courses on the Moodle platform * Organize digital content and pedagogical resources on the Moodle platform / Provide first-line technical support to users / Coordinate, as needed, with external vendors associated with the Moodle infrastructure. / Develop guides, tutorials, and procedures to support platform usage / Participate in meetings with internal and external clients regarding training projects in digital learning environments. **Required Profile and Professional Experience** * Higher education degree in Education, Educational Sciences, Educational Technologies, or related fields; * Experience in Moodle platform management and administration * Experience in developing and supporting e-learning and b-learning solutions. * Knowledge of digital pedagogy and virtual learning environments. * Ability to analyze and resolve technical and functional problems. * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Organizational ability, autonomy, and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Additional desirable knowledge includes: \- Instructional design; \- Content authoring tools; \- SCORM and interactive content; **Job Location:** Matosinhos OR Palmela **Application:** rh@atec.pt **About ATEC** ATEC — Academy of Training was founded in 2003 as a joint venture between Volkswagen Autoeuropa, Siemens, Bosch, and CCILA, with support from the Portuguese State.
