In this role, you will support the Sales team by enhancing customer relationships through proactive management of the entire customer order lifecycle — from clean order entry to invoicing and delivery. You will also manage customer\-reserved inventory to meet shared goals for both Arrow and our customers. This position follows a hybrid work model from our office based either in Porto, Portugal. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Managing theOrder\-to\-Invoice process, * Communicating with customers and suppliers, providing after\-sales support (primarily via email, occasionally by phone or chat), * Order management and backlog monitoring, * Handling and responding to customer requests and backlog changes, * Coordinating with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics, * EnsuringOn\-Time Delivery in line with customer and company targets, * Driving customer satisfaction and process efficiency. **What we are looking for:** * Proficiency inEnglish Italian C1\-C2 level is essential, and additional language is beneficial * Solid knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, especiallyExcel (intermediate to advanced), * Previous experience inCustomer Service, * Excellent communication and coordination skills, * A customer\-focused mindset, * Strong team player. **What we offer:** We offer a challenging, rewarding, and dynamic role within an international environment at a globally growing company.
