Enjoyment of interacting with people and problem solving Property / Accommodation Manager We are seeking a responsible, autonomous, and practical individual to oversee the daily management of a residence accommodating approximately 15 guests and to support the management of two additional apartments. Responsibilities include cleaning and organizing the residence, guest check-in and check-out, acquiring new guests, monitoring billing, managing reservations, and resolving everyday incidents such as complaints, minor repairs, light bulb replacements, simple blockages, contacting technicians when necessary, and ensuring the proper functioning of the properties. For the two apartments, duties focus solely on occasional support during check-in and check-out, and handling unforeseen situations. We seek someone with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, the ability to solve problems quickly, enjoyment of interacting with people, and availability to closely monitor the properties. Experience in short-term rentals or property management is valued but not mandatory if the right attitude is demonstrated. We offer accommodation in a private room within the main residence (shared bathroom), commission on new guest acquisitions, and a variable component tied to monthly revenue. With all three properties fully occupied, the monthly compensation can exceed €500, including the private room.
