Our space is located at the heart of Quinta da Borgonha, where our animals produce the milk used in making our cheeses and ice creams. In our restaurant, we always incorporate what we have on the estate—seasonal vegetables and fruits from our orchard and vegetable garden, our meat, and, of course, our cheese, milk, and ice creams… the sky is the limit for creating flavorful dishes.
