Our space originates at the heart of Quinta da Borgonha, where our animals produce the milk used in making our cheeses and ice creams. In our restaurant, we consistently incorporate ingredients from the Quinta—seasonal vegetables and fruits from our orchard and vegetable garden, our meat, and of course our cheese, milk, and ice creams—the sky is the limit for creating flavorful dishes.
