Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Designer (Motion & Web) to create visual content, develop graphic assets, and manage websites in collaboration with marketing and product teams. Managing and updating website content via backoffice **Nortempo Seleção** is currently recruiting for the position of **Digital Designer (Motion & Web)** in partnership with a renowned client based in **Guimarães**. **Main responsibilities will include**: * Creating visual content for social media, campaigns, and digital communication. * Developing graphic assets for catalogs, presentations, and marketing materials. * Producing and editing image, video, and motion design content focused on digital performance and impact. * Managing and updating group websites’ content (backoffice). * Ensuring visual consistency and alignment between design and digital presence. * Adapting content to various formats and platforms. * Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and sales teams. * Identifying opportunities to improve the digital user experience of websites. * Managing and creating campaigns on email marketing platforms. **Do you match the profile?** * Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, or related field. * Up to 3 years of experience. * Experience in video and motion design (mandatory). * Knowledge of English and French (preferred). * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects). * Experience managing website content via backoffice (CMS). * Use of AI tools applied to design and content creation. * Basic knowledge of UX/UI and content structuring (valued). **Conditions:** * Contract signed directly with the client company. * Base salary — €1,200 to €1,300 gross. * Meal allowance — €8.50 on card. * 22 vacation days + Birthday leave. * On-site work arrangement. * Working hours — 07:45–17:30 Monday to Thursday (1-hour lunch break) | 08:00–13:00 Friday.
