Participation in rural territorial planning and land-use management **Offer Code:**OE202512/0107 **Offer Type:**Open Competitive Procedure **Status:**Active **Organizational Level:**Municipal Councils **Agency/Service:**Maia Municipal Council **Employment Contract:**Indefinite-term Public Employment Contract (CTFP) **Work Regime:**General Careers **Career:**Senior Technician **Category:**Senior Technician **Complexity Level:**3 **Remuneration:**1\.442,57 **Monthly Supplement:**0,00 EUR **Job Description:**Perform duties of the Maia Municipal Forestry Technical Office (GTF Maia) to fulfill responsibilities defined in Article 2 of Law No. 20/2009 of 12 May, as well as responsibilities for rural fire management assigned to municipalities under the Integrated Rural Fire Management System (SGIFR) on mainland territory and definition of its operational rules; Manage municipal forest heritage in accordance with the role performed within the territory and in compliance with legal obligations under Forest Fire Defense (DFCI) and SGIFR (Integrated Rural Fire Management System); Participate in municipal rural territorial planning, land-use management, and territorial management tasks, in coordination with landowners and other entities; Issue opinions, studies, or information regarding the Legal Framework for Afforestation and Reforestation Actions (RJAAR), using forest species on mainland territory, approved by Decree-Law No. 96/2013 of 19 July, as currently amended; Issue opinions, studies, or information regarding Building Restrictions in Priority Prevention and Safety Areas (APPS) and outside such areas, Articles 60 and 61 respectively of Decree-Law No. 82/2021 of 13 October, as currently amended; Issue opinions and permits for the use of pyrotechnic articles, in coordination with municipal services and police authorities, pursuant to Article 67 of Decree-Law No. 82/2021 of 13 October, as currently amended; Draft and/or manage forest management plans, forest exploitation projects, and forest certification processes; Provide technical support for drafting proposals for national and community rural funding applications applicable to forest territories; Promote and participate in communication, awareness-raising, and knowledge-transfer initiatives.
