Real opportunity for career progression **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Provide legal services in the following areas: * Document analysis and preparation, * Analysis and response to complaints, * Signature verification and copy certification, * Road traffic administrative offense notification process (e.g., requesting driver identification, drafting defense submissions to ANSR, and judicial appeals), * External proceedings (e.g., court hearings, representation before authorities, notarial deeds, registrations), * Litigation (e.g., drafting pleadings, collection letters), * Asset management (e.g., drafting contracts, obtaining licenses), * HR support (e.g., reviewing employment contracts, drafting memoranda, preparing disciplinary proceedings, drafting responses to be submitted to authorities), * Corporate matters (e.g., registrations, company incorporation, corporate amendments), * Compliance (e.g., GDPR implementation, drafting codes of conduct and regulations, intermediary credit authorization, anti-money laundering), * Preparation and submission of proposals for public tenders. * Perform administrative tasks inherent to the role. **Profile** ---------- * Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law. * Professional experience in similar roles. * English language proficiency (intermediate level, both spoken and written). * Valid Category B driving license. * Willingness to travel nationwide. * Working hours: Monday to Friday. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook). **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and reputable Group currently implementing multiple growth projects. * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development. * A real opportunity for career progression, aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies. * Favorable working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance, Life Insurance).
