Job Summary: The Portuguese Catholic University's Porto Regional Centre is seeking a Coordinator for the Directorate of Infrastructure and Procurement, responsible for managing facilities, projects, and teams. Support for occupational safety and health The **Portuguese Catholic University's Porto Regional Centre** intends to hire a **Coordinator to join the Directorate of Infrastructure and Procurement**, who will be responsible for the **Infrastructure Management Service**. This service falls under the Shared Services Centre. **Main responsibilities:** · Support the Directorate in fulfilling its mission, objectives, responsibilities, and budget by proposing objectives, activity plans, and budgets for the area, as well as ensuring their implementation and monitoring; · Ensure management, operation, conservation, and maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment; · Plan and monitor the implementation of strategic projects; · Support the submission and monitoring of licensing applications and liaise with relevant authorities; · Coordinate planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance activities; · Manage teams assigned to these activities; · Coordinate implementation of activities related to people and facility safety and security; · Support compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) objectives and legal requirements through close collaboration with the Occupational Safety and Health Service across all activities. **Admission requirements:** · Minimum qualification: Engineering degree in a relevant field; · Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in similar roles; · Organizational and time-management skills; · Analytical ability and attention to detail; · Ability to motivate teams and strong interpersonal skills; · Customer orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. **Application deadline and procedure** Applications must be formalized by submitting the **Curriculum vitae**, **Certificate of qualifications**, and **Motivation letter** via the following form: https://hr\-ucpporto.inqueritos.porto.ucp.pt/513612?lang\=en **Applications must be submitted by June 30, 2026\.** Only applications submitted in accordance with the terms defined herein will be evaluated. **Contact for inquiries** Human Resources Directorate, UCP CRP drh.recrutamento.porto@ucp.pt ; Tel.: \+351 22 4106837 Type of position: Full\-time Work location: On-site
