Opportunity for career development in an international setting **Customer Support Representative – Telecom (French Speaker)** Porto, Portugal \| On\-site Monday to Saturday: 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM (rotational shifts) Start Date: ASAP \| Permanent Contract ### **About the Opportunity** We are looking for French\-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a leading telecom project in Porto. This role offers the chance to grow within a fast\-paced, multicultural environment while delivering excellent customer experiences. *Please note: Applications are only open to candidates living within 30 km of Porto. No relocation support is provided.* ### **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver high\-quality customer support across various communication channels * Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively * Communicate clearly and professionally in French * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction * Accurately document all customer interactions ### **Requirements** * Fluent French (mandatory) * Strong communication and problem\-solving abilities * Customer\-focused mindset with attention to detail * Availability to work rotational shifts, including Saturdays * Residence within 30 km of Porto **Legal Requirements:** * EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card * Valid NIF and NISS ### **What's in It for You** * Competitive base salary paid over 14 months * Guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months (€100\+ gross, performance\-based) * Meal allowance: €9\.60/day (net, meal card) * Transport reimbursement up to €40/month * Welcome bonus: €150 gross (paid in the 4th month) * Permanent contract * Career development in an international work environment
