Role Mission: Ensure the analysis, development, implementation, and support of PHC-based solutions aligned with clients' business needs. Key Responsibilities: \- Perform diagnostic, planning, development, and implementation tasks for PHC customizations; \- Analyze, develop, and implement solutions based on PHC management software; \- Understand the client's business and needs through analysis of existing organizational processes and functions; \- Diagnose and resolve issues related to clients' information systems; \- Ensure system reliability maintenance after implemented customizations; \- Requirements analysis, configuration, and user training; \- Network and system administration. Profile: \- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar; \- Proficiency in working with PHC ERP; \- Experience administering Windows systems and SQL Server; \- Strong communication skills, capable of cooperating and working effectively in a team; \- Willingness to learn and openness to sharing knowledge; \- Meticulous, detail-oriented, rigorous, and consistently committed to delivering high-quality work; \- Proactive, highly responsible, and fully committed.
