Inclusion and equal opportunity enable us to reach our full potential. **Job Description** **Your Contribution to Something Greater**: * Develop and implement industrial mechanical projects, from conceptual design through to operational start-up * Supervise construction works and technical interventions in factories, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, and execution quality * Ensure mechanical maintenance activities are properly executed by external service providers * Participate in commissioning activities for mechanical equipment and systems, including HVAC * Prepare, organize, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation associated with projects * Ensure technical transfer of completed projects to the industrial maintenance system * Update mechanical technical drawings, final layouts, and *as-built* documentation * Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers throughout all project phases **Qualifications** **What Sets You Apart:** **1. Academic Qualification** * Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field **2. Experience** * Experience supervising and developing mechanical projects, preferably in an industrial environment * Exposure to construction works, technical installations, and mechanical/HVAC systems **3. Know-How** * Solid knowledge of HVAC systems * Proficiency in technical drawing and CAD/BIM software, particularly AutoCAD and Revit * Understanding of industrial processes, equipment installation, and mechanical systems * Ability to prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports * Knowledge of technical standards and industrial safety requirements * Familiarity with industrial maintenance management systems (preferred) **4. Languages** * Strong command of English and Portuguese (spoken and written) **5. Work Style and Methods** * Strong organizational skills and technical rigor * Autonomy in prioritizing tasks and managing projects * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams **6.
