We are now seeking to strengthen our operations team with a Senior Occupational Safety Technician. **Main Responsibilities** Ensure periodic submission of information to competent official authorities; Coordinate internal environmental and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) awareness, training, and communication activities; Promote safe work practices that pose no risk to health; Conduct follow-ups and audits of the Integrated Management System; Raise awareness of and ensure compliance with internal procedures regarding quality, environment, 5S, and occupational safety; Ensure control of environmentally critical equipment; Analyze the organization’s Significant Environmental Aspects and guarantee the definition of an action plan; Ensure compliance with applicable legal and other requirements within relevant areas of responsibility; Coordinate OSH services, particularly activities related to fulfilling applicable legal requirements and preventing occupational accidents; Ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions. **What We Seek** Higher education degree (preferably in Occupational Safety and Health); Proficiency in English; Strong interpersonal communication skills; Planning and organizational abilities; Technical knowledge and understanding of the legal framework governing occupational safety; Dynamism and critical thinking; Stress resilience, initiative, adaptability, and autonomy in industrial environments; If you reside in the municipalities of Vila do Conde, Póvoa de Varzim, or Maia and wish to align your competencies with a group that values them, please send your CV, accompanied by a photo, to recrutamento@fricon.pt indicating the reference number of the position for which you are applying, or apply via our website https://www.fricon.pt/trabalhe\-connosco/ Type of Position: Full-time
