




Job Summary: Professional responsible for stock management, goods inspection and dispatch, document issuance, and public customer service, with a focus on attention to detail and teamwork. Attention to detail and teamwork Responsibilities: \- Receive and inspect goods from customers and suppliers; \- Issue internal production documents; \- Manage and control internal stock of customers and suppliers; \- Inspect and dispatch goods; \- Invoice and issue shipping documents using PHC software. Requirements: \- Completed secondary education (12th grade) or Bachelor's degree in Management/Logistics or related fields; \- Proficiency in computer applications from an end-user perspective; \- Experience with PHC software or other management systems is advantageous; \- Strong language skills, particularly in English and/or Spanish; \- Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and team spirit; \- Good interpersonal skills and effective communication for public customer service; \- Communication skills and proactivity; \- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (mandatory). Contractual Conditions: \- On-the-job training with a function-specific internal training plan; \- Initial temporary employment contract (3 months) through a staffing agency, with potential for career progression/direct contract with our company after this period; \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30, with a 1-hour lunch break; \- Remuneration based on demonstrated experience + meal allowance; \- Work location: Aveleda, Vila do Conde (Porto).
