We are looking for a **Fleet Technician** to join our team. **Mission** ---------- Ensure the **availability, safety, reliability, and efficiency of the fleet**, by maintaining close oversight of maintenance partners and providing rapid responses to operational needs. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Manage and monitor maintenance partners, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels; * Plan and oversee **preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance**; * Monitor interventions, budgets, costs, and repair deadlines; * Ensure vehicle availability and minimize downtime; * Monitor breakdowns and ensure rapid response to operational requirements; * Maintain close relationships with partners, promoting service quality and efficiency; * Coordinate with operational teams to ensure operational needs are properly considered in fleet management; * Monitor fleet performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety and maintenance regulations. **Profile** ---------- * Higher education degree, preferably in **Engineering or Management**; * Experience in automotive maintenance and/or fleet management; * Experience in monitoring and managing suppliers or partners; * Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills; * High sense of responsibility and results orientation; * Good communication and negotiation skills; * Dynamic, autonomous, and problem-solving oriented profile; * Ability to work in an operational, fast-paced environment; * Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel. **What We Offer** -------------------- * Integration into a solid, sector-leading company experiencing continuous growth; * Initial and ongoing training; * Opportunities for professional development and career progression; * Integration into a dynamic and collaborative team. **Apply Now!** ------------------ Don’t miss this opportunity to join a leader in food transport and logistics.
