Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrician for preventive and corrective maintenance at a shopping center, as part of a resident maintenance team. Key Highlights: 1. Service equipment, tools, and uniforms upK, a Maintenance Management company, is looking for 1 Electrician to work within a resident maintenance team, performing preventive and corrective maintenance at MaiaShopping Shopping Center. Main Responsibilities: \- Perform general building maintenance tasks; \- Carry out preventive maintenance actions on equipment according to the established maintenance plan. \- Carry out corrective maintenance actions on equipment. \- Propose technical improvements based on observations made during interventions.
