The company aims to strengthen its team by integrating an Administrative Technician. **Location:** Vila Nova de Gaia **Responsibilities:** * Reception and accompaniment of participants in studies * Telephone communication related to ongoing projects * Administrative support for project and study management * Organization and processing of documentation * General administrative support to the team **Requirements:** * Completion of secondary education (12th grade minimum, mandatory) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills * Sense of responsibility and rigor **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in English * Knowledge of Spanish **Offered Conditions:** * Fixed-term employment contract; * Gross monthly base salary: €920.00 * Meal allowance: €8.00 per working day, paid via meal card; If you believe you match this profile, please submit your application.
