Job Summary: The QA Analyst will define and execute test strategies to ensure application quality, working closely with development teams and contributing to the evolution of Quality Assurance practices. We count on you to help us advance the business together! **What It Means to Be a QA Analyst:** * Define and execute functional, regression, and exploratory test strategies to ensure application quality * Create, maintain, and optimize test plans, test cases, and validation scenarios * Identify, analyze, and track defects (bugs), ensuring correct prioritization and resolution * Collaborate closely with Development, Product, Support, and Infrastructure teams throughout the development lifecycle * Contribute to the evolution of Quality Assurance practices by promoting continuous improvement of quality processes * Support test automation initiatives and integration of tests into CI/CD pipelines * Actively participate in requirements analysis and definition of acceptance criteria, ensuring quality is considered from early stages * Serve as a technical reference within the QA team, supporting less experienced colleagues. **What We Value:** * Solid experience in Quality Assurance and software testing * Strong knowledge of functional, regression, exploratory testing, and defect management * Experience with test management and bug tracking tools * Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and close collaboration with development teams * Knowledge or experience in test automation is valued * Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and critical thinking * Good communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams * Experience in mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus * Experience in the automotive sector?
