Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across various specialties We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join a leading company providing maintenance services. If you have knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, thrive in dynamic environments, and possess a team-oriented mindset, this opportunity is for you! Your Responsibilities: - Perform general building maintenance activities, including: - Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in the following specialties: - Low-voltage electrical systems; - Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC); - Swimming pool systems; - Perform multi-skilled tasks (plumbing, painting, metalwork, etc); - Conduct visual inspections and daily rounds of various building systems (electrical panels, CDI, CBI, fire extinguishers, CO extraction systems, UPS, generators, HVAC systems, etc). Requirements: - Completion of compulsory schooling (9th grade); - Experience in maintenance (preferred); - Valid driver's license (preferred); - Availability to work from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. What We Offer: - Direct employment contract with the company; - Base salary of €1300; - Meal allowance of €9 via meal card
