Job Summary: We are seeking a Management Control Technician to strengthen our Shared Services team, contributing to the consolidation and evolution of the Group's financial reporting and analysis processes. To strengthen our Shared Services team, we are looking for a Management Control Technician eager to contribute to the consolidation and evolution of the Group's financial reporting and analysis processes. **Your Responsibilities** * Prepare and monitor the Group's subsidiaries' monthly financial reporting * Support the development and monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts (forecasting) * Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions * Develop and maintain dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs) * Support management decision-making through ad hoc analyses and profitability studies * Collaborate with accounting, operations, and administration teams in producing management information **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or related field * Experience in management control, auditing, or financial analysis roles * Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders * Autonomy and results-oriented mindset **What We Offer** * Integration into a cohesive team, with a collaborative work environment and an open-door culture * Direct contact with senior management and cross-functional visibility across the Group’s business * A stable project with room for growth and the opportunity to make your mark * On-site position, based in Maia **Application** Send your CV to *futuro@grupoterris.pt* with the subject line "Management Control Technician". *Grupo Terris commits to handling all applications confidentially and strictly in compliance with data protection legislation.* Work Location: On-site
